I have been reading a lot of books this summer. Or I should say I’ve been listening to a lot of books this summer. I like to listen while I’m driving, cleaning, crafting, sewing, or just laying in the pool. For me listening to books is an escape to somewhere wonderful.

I finished The Circle by Dave Eggers, a deep dive into technological conspiracy theory, about three weeks ago and have been pondering how to respond to it ever since. I love a book that really makes me think about my own life and wonder about the possibilities that the story explores. The Circle did that for me.

After an extensive plumbing issue, we had the opportunity to turn awful into awesome with this beautiful shower and bathroom reno.
