I have always been a writer. In high school, I was the editor of a youth magazine in my community. I wanted to go to journalism school and become an investigative reporter. Life started, I fell in love, got married, had a bunch of kids and the rest, they say is history.
I picked up Bettyville, by George Hodgman expecting an interesting story of a son and a mother. Being that I have 4 sons myself, the story of their relationship was a draw and plus I just love stories about women of a certain age (in this case 90+). Let me just say, it did not disappoint.
Christmas marks the beginning of the beautiful history of Jesus Christ. I love the Gospel and all the faith and love that goes along with it. This time of year it is easy to get caught up in the lights, the trees, the presents, and the parties.
HO HO HO! It’s time for the 1st annual Funny Little House Christmas Tour. I’ve never done a home tour before, and so I figured this beautiful season is a perfect time.
It’s December. Time to Love, Celebrate and Enjoy! Snow is a flying, tree lights a bubbling, glitter a glittering and so on. The truth is I find there just isn’t time for my goals. At least that is what I’m going with for now.
